Osmania University: A two-day national symposium on Dr BR Ambedkar social justice retrospective and prospective outlook concluded here on Friday.
The programme was organised by the Director and Staff of Dr Br Ambedkar Research Center (DBRARC) in collaboration with Osmania University Center for International Programmes (OUCIP). OU Registrar Prof Gopal Reddy, Prof Naidu Ashok and Prof Karunakar were the chief guests.
Prof Gopal Reddy said Dr BR Ambedkar showed path to modern India. The speakers called upon everyone to strive for the development of the country in this globalisation era. They condemned attacks on dalits.
They recalled the services of the legendary leader to the country. Prof Krishna Rao, Prof Konda Nageshwar, J Srujana, Shoba, Challamala Venkateshwarlu, Prof Ravinder, Prof Lingappa, Prof Ramulu, Dr Janaiah, Dr Sujatha and research students took part.
