• Immediate implementation of PRC

• Scrapping of Contributory Pension Scheme,

• Giving total effect to health cards,

• Repatriation of T employees working in AP

• Pay salaries through treasury to staff of Grandhalaya Samsthas and market committees

• Regularisation of contract/outsourcing staff

Addressing the employees, Majid alleged that the government has failed to act on the demands despite receiving several representations. He demanded immediate implementation of PRC, scrapping of the Contributory Pension Scheme, giving total effect to health cards, repatriation of Telangana employees working in AP, payment of salaries through the treasury to the staff of Grandhalaya Samsthas and Market Committees and regularisation of thousands of contract/outsourcing staff.

Majid announced that a meeting to get the problems of Osmania Hospital addressed would be organised on September 26. From September 17 onwards lunch-hour meetings would be conducted in all departments. Information on this had already been conveyed to the district collectors. He appealed to the State government to at take notice at least now of the problems facing NGOs and strive to solve them.

Among those present at the meeting were TNGOs Central Association State president Karam Ravinder Reddy, general secretary Mamilla Rajender, district unit secretary Prabhakar, Varadaraju, S Vikram Kumar, Balraj, Devender, Umar Khan, K R Rajkumar, Janaki, Sujata, Khalid Ahmed, Naresh Kumar, respective presidents/secretaries of the TNGOs' units, primary members.
