Musheerabad: On the occasion of Ramzan festival on Wednesday, TRS leaders of the constituency, former Home Minister Naini Narsimha Reddy, MLA Muta Gopal and others visited several Muslim minority leaders and extended their Ramzan greetings.
Muta Gopal visited a masjid in Bholakpur and offered prayers, along with Muslims, and wished them the festival greetings. Later, he participated in the Ramzan celebrations at the house of TRS senior leader Sharifuddin, along with Naini Narasimha Reddy, Corporator V Srinivas Reddy and other senior party leaders. The MLA then visited several local minority leaders Jahangir, Mukhtar Hussain, Imran Khan and others, at their houses and extended his greetings.
Congratulating the minority leaders for maintaining communal harmony in Bholakpur, the MLA said that the state can be developed only when there is harmony in the society. TRS government has been striving for the development of both the communities without any partiality, he said. Youth leader Muta Jaisimha, M Prabhakar, Chandu Rakesh, Prakash Reddy, Shankar Mudhiraj, Narsimha and others were present on the occasion.
