ZP to distribute 5,000 clay Ganesh idols

Vikarabad: ZP Chairperson Sunitha Mahender Reddy said that 5,000 clay idols of Ganesha will be distributed free of cost. She said the initiative is taken up to create awareness among the public to protect the environment.

The utsava committees and people's representatives can come and collect the idols from the ZP office, she said. She said the idols made with chemicals will pollute the environments and sarpanches, MPTCs, ZPTCs, MPP should focus on the issue.
