Tirupati: A five-day Faculty Development Programme on “AI-Powered Teaching, Research, and Engineering Applications using Generative AI” concluded at Srirama Engineering College, Tirupati.
Organized by the AI&DS Department alongside JNTU Anantapur’s Faculty Development Centre, the August 17–21 event trained engineering faculty in prompt engineering, AI-assisted paper writing, grant proposals, and academic content creation. Certificates were distributed on August 22.
College Chairman Mannem Rami Reddy, Secretary Mannem Rama Subba Reddy, Director Mannem Aravind Kumar Reddy, Principal Dr K Jayachandra, Vice-Principal Dr N Vasu, and Programme Director Dr P Sujatha attended the concluding ceremony.
