Hans News Service Vijayawada: All arrangements are made for the commencement of the SSC public examinations on Monday morning. In all, 6,21,634 students will be attending the public examinations in 2,839 examination centres in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The examinations will be held between 9.30 am and 12.15 pm and from March 18 to April 3. The APSRTC is providing bus facility to the students free of cost and SPDCL has made arrangements to ensure uninterrupted power supply during the examinations. Director of Government Examinations A Subba Reddy has suggested to the students and parents to reach the examination centres by 8.45 am sharp. He said the education department made elaborate arrangements in co-ordination with the administration in districts for smooth conduct of examinations. In a statement, Subba Reddy said hall tickets have already been posted on the website www.bseap.gov.in for the convenience of students. He said helpline with number 0866-29745540 was opened in Vijayawada to assist the students and schools. He said cell phones, calculators and other electronic gadgets shall not be allowed into the examination halls and made it clear that except hall tickets no other paper shall be taken into the examination hall.
