Skill Stork International School had organised an ‘Open House Event’ in the school premises on Sunday, to orient parents to the school’s curriculum and culture.
Warangal: Skill Stork International School had organised an 'Open House Event' in the school premises on Sunday, to orient parents to the school's curriculum and culture. More than a hundred people attended the programme following all norms and safety measures of Covid-19.
The School trustee member Dr Harshini informed the stakeholders about the SVS Group Legacy. She also spoke about making of Skill Stork as a brand and how Skill Stork is the brainchild of her brother Anoop, the School Director.
Anoop gave details of the curriculum and how the school prepares the children for jobs in future and emphasized on holistic education provided by the school. Later, parents interacted with the school staff and the principal. The Parents also got to experience the classroom demo sessions, hi-tech classrooms, labs etc. The purpose was for parents to understand the difference in the school international and national program, its deliverables and expectations.
The teachers showcased the inquiry cycle, transdisciplinary approach, differentiated learning while instilling the attributes of learner profiles. Director Anil said the school's ambience nurtures the school's philosophy of 'learning for life'.
He said the School offers IB PYP curriculum in primary years and Cambridge in secondary years ending with the IGCSE Exams. Their national programmes delivers the CBSE curriculum for grades 1 to 8.
