Four students of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, (NITW), have been selected for the prestigious OP Jindal Engineering and Management Scholarship (OPJEMS).

Warangal: Four students of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, (NITW), have been selected for the prestigious OP Jindal Engineering and Management Scholarship (OPJEMS).

It may be noted here that the OPJEMS is aimed at promoting academic and leadership excellence and are awarded to meritorious students, who have the potential to become leaders in entrepreneurial excellence and innovation. The award carries a medal and a cash prize of Rs 80,000 each. Every year 100 scholarships will be given to meritorious students chosen from across the country.

The students selected for the award are - Sai Madhurya (4/4 EEE), Sarthak Kapoor, (4/4 MME), Gitesh (3/4 EEE) and Malvika Singh (3/4 MECH). NIT Warangal Director Prof NV Ramana Rao and Dean (Academic) Prof A Venugopal greeted the students.
