New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the doctors are now tight-lipped about the treatment of Corona victims. The Delhi Medical Association (DMA) has strongly condemned the warning by CM Kejriwal to take strict action given to doctors and hospitals on Saturday.

Along with this, the organization has strongly condemned the FIR against Gangaram Hospital and termed it as a morale-dropping step to discourage the entire medical world. Significantly, on Saturday, Arvind Kejriwal spoke of taking strict action against those who refused to recruit Covid-19 infected people.

DMA President Dr. Bibi Wadhwa said in a press statement that we strongly condemn the way the Chief Minister of Delhi is threatening hospitals with the recruitment of Corona patients and warning the doctors regarding the test.

The official statement released by the organization said that doctors have been serving people without tiredness for the last two months without risking their lives regardless of the Covid-19 infection. This kind of treatment of doctors is humiliating. Hospitals are the backbone of health services and are also serving Corona or other patients in times of epidemics. In the meantime, the government is issuing new decrees daily. Instead of praising the efforts of medical professionals, they are being punished. He sought to form a coordination committee of doctors with Delhi government officials and said that the facility of screening should be made available in every Covid Care Hospital for early treatment.

Condemning the FIR against Sir Gangaram Hospital, Dr Wadhwa said that registering an FIR against Sir Gangaram Hospital is going to demoralize doctors. Gangaram Hospital has saved millions of lives. In such a situation, the DMA strongly condemns this act of intimidation and intimidation of healthcare workers. He said that the doctors of Delhi are under stress due to overwork in this time of epidemic.

The Delhi government is unnecessarily putting undue pressure on the healthcare system. Dr. Wadhwa said that in the event of the death of a corona patient, a system should also be made for carrying dead body and cremation as per guidelines. Also, for hospitals treating Corona patients, nodal officers should also be deployed according to the region.
