Kannada Actress asks government to fix roads before imposing fines

Since the centre has introduced a new fine structure for punishing citizens for not following traffic rules, there have been many memes shared on social media sites mocking the move. Actress Shruthi Ramakrishna joined the bandwagon.

Predominantly, a picture of a couple skidding and falling on a road has been shared over and over. Citizens are demanding their local governments who have imposed the new fine structure to fix the sorry state of the roads first, before imposing expensive fines. The meme was shared by the actress too.
