In a freak incident, a speeding car has created a ruckus on the road by causing panic by hitting six people. This accident has happened at Poochakkal area in Alappuzha district of Kerala on Tuesday. The CCTV footage of the incident has gone viral on social media.

Going into the details, a speeding car, which lost control has first collided with a parked bike on the roadside. In the incident, Anish (36) and a boy Vedu (4) sustained severe injures.

Later, the car knocked down three students and tossed them into the air. At the time of the accident, the students were going home by walk, when the car crashed into them from the opposite side. At a short distance, the vehicle collided with another student, who was riding a bicycle and stopped after hitting a concrete pole.

The four students were identified as Anakha, Chandan, Sahi, and Archana, who were studying at Sreekandeswaram school in Poochakkal. On receiving the information, the local police reached the accident site an rushed the injured to the hospital. The two people in the car were identified as Manoj and Anand of Assam. The police took the accused into their custody.

At the time of the accident, Manoj was driving the vehicle. The four students, who suffered severe injures were rushed to the government hospital at Ernakulam.

The doctors said that the condition of the victims is critical. With this, they were shifted to Kalamassery medical college for better treatment. Manoj and Anand who were in the car, also sustained injures and were taken to Kottayam medical college.

During the investigation, the police found no traces of driving under the influence of alcohol. However, the blood samples of them were collected and sent to the lab. Based on the reports, the case will be registered. The CCTV cameras instaled in the area has captured the entire incident, which has now gone viral on social media.
