New Delhi: The TDP expressed hope that the Bill to revoke Article 370 would help in rectifying the historical blunder that was committed 70 years ago.
Participating in the discussion on the Bill in the Lok Sabha to scrap Article 370, TDP floor leader Galla Jayadev said the TDP and its president N Chandrababu Naidu strongly support the concept of one nation, one flag and one Constitution.
He felt that with the bold decision of the Centre peace would prevail in the Valley.
Women of the state will have greater freedom now in many areas, he said, appealing to the Centre to restore normalcy in J&K as early as possible so that the people can live in peace.
