Unnao case Live Updates: Victim's body arrives at village
A 23-year-old UP woman succumbed to death after she was set ablaze by the same rapists who raped her in 2018. The accused were granted bail when the victim approached the court in March this year. The survivor was attacked while she was on her way to Rae Bareli to attend a court hearing for the same rape case that she was fighting. The victim died on the night of Friday, since her body suffered 90% burns. The country has been seeing a range of hopeless and angry reactions yet again from common folk and the politicians. The police have sought a death sentence for the accused. Stay tuned as we bring you more updates in connection to the case.
