Telangana Peoples Association of Dallas (TPAD) has organized the biggest event of Bathukamma and Dasara celebrations at Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas.
Dallas: Telangana Peoples Association of Dallas (TPAD) has organized the biggest event of Bathukamma and Dasara celebrations at Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas.
The program has begun with a Poorna Kumbham and a welcome song performed by young children. The women beautifully prepared Bathukammas and were seen singing and dancing to the folk tunes. Over 1500 women participated in the Bathukamma celebrations at the arena. Later, the priests performed Dasara pooja.
The cultural program line up included singer Anjana Sowmya, Shilpa Rao, Praveen and Actresses Mehreen Kaur, Director Kona Venkat and the ETV famous anchor Ravali.
Under the leadership of Foundation committee chair, Janaki Ram Mandadi; Board of Trustee, Pavan Gangadhara; President, Chandra Reddy Police; Executive committee Coordinator, Sudhakar Kalasani; Board of Trustee Vice-Chair, Madhavi Sunkireddy; Vice President, Ravikanth Mamidi; General Secretary, Madhavi Lokireddy; Treasurer, Anuradha Mekala, this event was celebrated successfully.
