This Bollywood actor has changed his name from ‘Ritesh’ to ‘Riteish’ in 2006 as he believes in ‘Numerology’.

We all know Riteish as an ace actor… But he is also a qualified architect. He holds an architecture degree from Kamla Raheja College of Architecture in Mumbai. Even his Twitter bio also has this information.
Interestingly, Genelia is 9 years older than Riteish and they worked together in 3 movies ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’, ‘Masti’ and ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’.
Riteish made his debut as an ‘Antagonist’ with the movie ‘Ek Villain’ (2014).
Except Riteish, all his family members are involved in politics… His father late Vilasrao Deshmukh was the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and his brothers Dheeraj and Amit are presently active in politics carrying forward the legacy of their father.
Riteish and his wife Genelia first worked together in a Hindi movie ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’ which was released in 2003.
Genelia fondly calls him with his nickname ‘Dholu’ while Riteish feels happy in calling her wife with the name ‘Genee’.
Our ‘Baaghi 3’ actor is a great fan of cricket and thus owns a cricket team titled ‘Veer Marathi’ which is the part of ‘Celebrity Cricket League’.
Riteish’s first Marathi movie ‘Lai Bhaari’ (2014) was directed by late Niskhikant Kamat and had Radhika Apte as the lead actress.
Riteish Deshmukh also donned the hat of a producer and established his own production company names ‘Mumbai Film Company’ in 2013.
