Vicky Kaushal is born on 16 May 1988 to Sham Kaushal and VeenaKaushal. His father was a stuntman and he belongs to a middle-class family! As his father belongs to the cine field, Vicky is naturally attracted to the showbiz world.

Mr.Kaushalpursued his degree in electronics and telecommunications from Mumbai's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. He then decided that an industrial job would not suit him and opened the gates for his passion by accompanying his father to the film sets.

Vicky learned acting at Kishore NamitKapoor's academy and also worked as an assistant director under ace filmmakerAnuragKashyapfor the two-part crime drama Gangs of Wasseypur (2012).

Well, Vicky didn’t make his debut as a hero but got an opportunity to essay a small role in Luv ShuvTey Chicken Khurana (2012) and Bombay Velvet (2015) and Geek Out (2013) movies.

Vicky Kaushal bagged the first chance as a lead actor for NeerajGhaywan’sMasaan in 2015. As the movie was screened at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, he got recognition. From there he had a few setbacks but his career was on track!

Well, from then he had no look back and is now enjoying the best phase of his career. Vicky is now busy with The Great Indian Family and GovindaNaamMera movies.

As a young hero in Bollywood, Vicky always had that charisma… He met Katrina in 2019 and then they fell for each other gradually.
