Ravi Kumar Dahiya
Ravi Kumar won the silver medal in the men's freestyle 57Kg event after losing to Russia's Zaur Uguev in the gold medal bout.
PV Sindhu
Sindhu became India's second double Olympic medalist after claiming bronze at the Tokyo Games in the women's singles event. She lost the semi-final game to eventual silver medalist Tai Tzu Ying in straight games. She had won silver at the Rio Games 2016.

The Indian men's hockey team ended a 41-year wait to bring back home an Olympic medal. They defeated Germany 5-4 in the bronze medal match in Tokyo and took their Olympics medal tally to 12.

India's 27-year-old wrestler Bajrang Punia claimed his first-ever Olympic medal as he thrashed Kazakasthan's Daulet Niyazbekov 8-0 in the bronze medal bout of the men's Men's freestyle 65 kg event.
Neeraj Chopra
After kickstarting the Tokyo Games with a silver, India ended the competition with a bang as javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra won India's first-ever Olympic medal in athletics and it was a GOLD. He also became India's second individual Olympic gold medalist after Abhinav Bindra.
