Full list of India's matches at T20 World Cup 2021

The 2021 edition of the T20 World Cup is scheduled to go underway on Oct. 17. The tournament will be co-hosted by Oman and the UAE.

India, along with other top eight T20Is sides, will begin their T20 World Cup 2021 campaign in the Super 12s round.

India have been drawn in Group 2, along with Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan and two more teams that will advance from Round 1.

** Oct 24: India v Pakistan, Dubai (7.30PM IST)
** Oct. 31: India v New Zealand, Dubai (7.30PM IST)
** Nov.3: India v Afghanistan, Abu Dhabi (7.30PM IST)
** Nov. 5: India v B1, Dubai (7.30PM IST)
** Nov. 8: India v A2, Dubai (7.30PM IST)

The first and second semi-final will be played on Nov. 10 and 11 in Abu Dhabi and Dubai respectively. The final will be played at the Dubai International Stadium on Nov. 14.

After winning the inaugural edition in 2007, India are yet to win the ICC event again. In 2014, they reached the final but ended up losing to Sri Lanka. In the previous edition in 2016, India lost the semi-final to eventual champions West Indies.

Kohli was not a part of the 2007 Indian team that won the T20 World Cup in South Africa. Hence, as a player and captain, winning the upcoming T20 World Cup will be a big deal for the Indian skipper.
