International Tiger Day, celebrated on July 29 annually, aims to raise awareness about tiger conservation and the threats they face. This majestic animal was declared 'endangered' in 1986 by IUCN. Tiger Day was established in 2010 to promote global tiger conservation efforts, it highlights the importance of protecting tiger habitats and addressing issues like poaching and habitat destruction to ensure the survival of these majestic animals.
