New Delhi: Till an amicable solution is reached on the issue of creation of separate Telangana, the Telugu Desam Party Chief Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday appealed to BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi to use his good office to keep Andhra Pradesh united.

Chandrababu Naidu addressed the media and said that he met Modi to request him to see the state united. When raised a question, he said that he was not bothered about alliance with BJP at a time when the country is in crisis.

He said that he urged every politician whom he met to support them to keep the state united. Further, Naidu said the Centre was going ahead with the division process in total violation of the Constitution. He said he has never seen such a situation which has arisen during the creation of any other state. He made it a mention that the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh is taking place even after the state Assembly rejected the Centre's proposal in this regard.
