Addressing the media in New Delhi, Jagan said "Today we saw how democracy can be killed. The Telangana Bill has been passed undemocratically. We are declaring a bandh tomorrow. Today is a black day for democracy. We are calling for a bandh in Andhra Pradesh.
Such an imp Bill shouldn't be passed in such a manner. "Na koi kuch keh raha hai na koi sun raha. Bolne ki koi gunjayish hi nahin..aisa batwara kabhe nahin dekha," he added.
