Story:
Ram Charan played the protagonist and his character role in the movie is Abhimanyu. This movie is a family entertainer that has been carved and plotted well by Krishna Vamshi, as speculated. His waiting period for a grand hit has come to an end, finally.
As far as the story of the movie is concerned, the movie has drawn inspiration from Seetha Ramayya Gari Manuvaralu. Of course, it is only in terms of the affection and love between the grand parents and grand children and nothing to do with the story part. Also, it has drawn inspiration from Megastar Chiranjeevi’s blockbuster of yesteryears – Vijetha.
Prakash Raj played the role of a compassionate villager in this movie. The couple (Jayasudha co-acted against Prakash Raj) have two sons. Neglecting all hopes, Srikanth never bothers to take care in studies and remains a jovial village folk, which regularly irritate his father with his reckless attitude. In this setting, Prakash Raj fastens all his hopes on his other son and educates him well. Prakash Raj wants him to become a doctor and serve people of the village.
As desired by Prakash Raj, his other son studies well and becomes a famous doctor. Nevertheless, he commits to not sacrifice his talent and knowledge gained through his studies just like that in a bucolic village and flies away from home to London, seeking a career evolution.
In this setting he gets blessed with Abhimanyu (Ram Charan) as their son - who grows up to a striking gentleman. Ram Charan’s character name in this movie is Abhimanyu as said earlier. He comes to know about the entire yarn that happened between his father and grand father. Without revealing his identity, Ram Charan gets entry into the village and Prakash Raj’s home.
The movie is a sure family entertainer and a must watch!!
Highlights of the movie:
As far as the highlights of the movie are concerned, the story and the way it is plotted is excellent and the director Krishna Vamshi’s experience has counted. The glamour looks of Kajal Agarwal and her beautiful smile gives an immense joy to the audience in each and every frame she appears. As usual, Prakash Raj gave give best and did justice to the role he played. Also, Jayasudha has given her best in this movie. The song Neelirangu Cheera which is shot on Prakash Raj and Jayasudha is the top song of the movie and is situational. The other important positive aspects are:
· Story plot
· Narration
· Screenplay
· Prakash Raj and Jayasudha’s most fabulous acting
· Srikanth’s role
· Music
· Action scenes
· Action sequel
Negatives:

Though the director has ensured to balance the image of Srikanth through his role, the role of Kamalini Mukherjee is very petite. Also, the movie runs very slow in the first half as compared to the second half. But, the same is not a very big setback as such. The other negatives are appended below:

· BGM scoring
· Cooked up comedy
Story Full Review:
Abhi Ram (Ram Charan) is the son of Chadrasekhar (Rehman) stays with his family in London. Chandrasekhar gets offended as he fails to be dean of Queens Mary University and tells his flash back to Abhi. Seeing his father’s remorse sets on a mission to win the hearts of his family in India, whom he left twenty five years ago. Abhi goes to India and enters into his grandfather’s house as an aspiring foreigner likes to learn Agriculture. Abhi gets to know that his grand father’s has dream to open a hospital in the village. How Abhi completes the dream of his grand father (Prakash Raaj) and unite his father with family. How does he achieve his aim is the rest of the storyline.
Star Performance:
In all fairness, Ram Charan is the backbone of Govindudu Andarivadele. He gives away his career best performance in this film. His comedy timing is good, dances with grace and emoted well in the emotion sequences. Jayasudha, Prakash Raaj steals the show as grand parents to Ram Charan. The way Jayasudha expresses with her eyes in the pre climax episode is simply outstanding. Kajal Aggarwal performed well and her beauty is a treat to watch. Dubbing by Soumya perfectly suits Kajal's character in this film. Srikanth made an impact with his strong performance and punchlines. He didn't get much footage in the first hour but has a nice role in the second hour. Kamalinee Mukherjee did her part well. Rehman, Paruchuri Venkateshwara Rao, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Rao Ramesh and Adarsh Balakrishnan despite of being good are highly wasted. Vennela Kishore, Kasi Viswanath, Sameer Harshavardhan, Bhanu Sri Mehra are okay in their cameos.
It is not ethical to reveal the entire story. But in a single word, the movie has met the expectations.
The Hans India Team rates the movie very good and rates 3.5/5
