After Mahesh it's Puneeth Rajkumar

Remember how Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu shocked everyone when he said he could not read Telugu as he did his studies in Chennai. Well, the same goes true for Sandalwood actor Puneeth Rajkumar too. or that is what a tabloid in Bengaluru claims.

Apparently, the Kannada power star who was recently at a Karaoke Party was asked to sing a song and handed a lyrics book in Kannada. Puneeth reportedly shocked everyone saying he couldn't read Kannada as he did his schooling in Chennai.

Well, well there's no reason to be outraged at these two super stars as they hail from a film family. Both their fathers Krishna and Dr Rajkumar were great actors and since the southern film industry was based out of Chennai, most of them shifted base to Tamil Nadu till the industry shifted to their state. So their mother tongue woes are clearly understandable. Even if Puneeth doesn't know how to read Kannada as reported, it's not a sin. Whatsay?
