YSR Congress party who has been demanding the Special Status category for Andhra Pradesh is exploring options to intensify the agitation. With Dharnas, rallies and protests yeilding no results, YSRCP had sought appointment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which too didn't turn fruitful.
Now, going a step further, the party elected representatives might go for submitting mass resignations to put pressure on the government. However, it is uncertain as to all the party MLAs and MPs come together to hand over their resignations.
