Expressing confidence on Congress winning the elections, Uttam Kumar said that Congress national leaders campaigning for the election in Warangal Parliamentary constituency will increase the chances of the party winning in by-elections. The Congress leader alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao did not fulfil poll promises made to the people of Warangal.
