With the proceedings towards financial hit Agri Gold scam reaching a final stage, the report highlighting the assets of Agri Gold private company were submitted to the Court. The Hyderabad High Court deferred the case to next Monday and directed the CID officials to speed up the probe.
Making it clear that the media cannot be cleared, the Court directed that relating to the auctioning of Agri Gold properties, C1 agency should be sidelined while MSTC agency has been given a go ahead to auction the properties. Also, the need for three other agencies was stressed by the Court to deal with the auction process.
