Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD), organised a week long \'Venkateswara Vaibhavotsavalu\' at the Police Parade Grounds. The Utsavalu will continue up to April 18. TTD authorities made a replica of of the God of Tirumala Hills and conducting a day long pooja from 6 am. The day commences with Suprabatham followed by archana at 7.30 am, nivedana at 8.15 am and visesha pooja at 8.30 am.

Devotees will anoint the gods with milk, curd, sandalwood paste and coconut water. The ceremonies will conclude at 9 pm. Hundreds of devotees are attending the utsavalu from within and outside the district. Stalls had been set up in the premises. Police and civic authorities have made ellaborate arrangements.
