Biggest flagship store of Volvo Auto India inaugurated

“Electric cars are going to play a more significant role in the future and electrified version will be made available across the car lines of Volvo. By the end of 2019, a fully electrified car will be launched,” said the Volvo Cars Group Vice president for Asia, Jari Kohonen during the inauguration of country’s biggest flagship centre near Nidamanuru, here on Monday.

Addressing the news reporters, Jari Kohonen mentioned that there are keen on expanding the dealer network and have chose Vijayawada to set up the biggest showroom owing to the demand from people of Andhra Pradesh after Hyderabad. Managing Director of Volvo Auto India (VAI), Tom von Bonsdorff said, “Volvo Cars have registered a growth of 20 per cent in sales across the country which is increasing at a faster rate. The people centric, high level safety machines are gaining more ground in the South Indian States and expanding rapidly in Andhra Pradesh. We got strong hold in Chennai, Kochi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
