Siddhartha gets CPE status till 2021
PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science has been accorded the status of College with Potential for Excellence (CPE) by the University Grants Commission (UGC) from 2016 to 2021 in recognition of its endeavour to maintain high educational standards.

Announcing this here on Thursday, college principal Meka Ramesh said it was a matter of pride for Siddhartha which was accorded the CPE status for the second time.
College director V Babu Rao said it would introduce new courses and further develop the academic infrastructure with the funds received by the institution under the CPE scheme, besides laying emphasis on research and skill development.
Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education president Nalluri Venkateswarlu, secretary P Lakshmana Rao and treasurer S Venkateswara Rao and college convener PLN Prasad appreciated the teaching staff for achieving the CPE status for the second time.
