The Krishna Pushkaram celebrations at the replica of Sri Venkateswara temple at PWD grounds in the city concluded on Tuesday with the performance of Chakrasnanam at Padmavathi ghat. On the last day of Krishna Pushkaralu, the processional idols of Lord Venkateswara and His Consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi were taken to Padmavathi ghat. Sri Sudarshana Chakrathalwar was also taken to the bathing ghat in a procession.

Snapana Thirumanjanam was performed to the deities amid chanting of Vedic hymns. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman Chadalavada Krishnamurthy, Executive Officer D Sambasiva Rao, Joint Executive Officer KS Srinivasa Raju, priests and Vedic scholars participated in the ritual marking the conclusion of festivities at the temple replica. According to the TTD officials, 5 lakh pilgrims visited the replica of Tirumala temple during the 12-day river festival.
