Spandana at Loyola from today
Spandana-2016, a literary and cultural carnival for Intermediate students, will be held at Andhra Loyola College in the city on Friday and Saturday.
Spandana-2016, a literary and cultural carnival for Intermediate students, will be held at Andhra Loyola College in the city on Friday and Saturday. According to a press release issued by the college on Thursday, E Siva Nagi Reddy, CEO of the Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravati, and KS Govindarajan, principal of Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao Government Music and Dance College, will inaugurate the annual event, which is being organised for the past 16 years.
Quiz, essay writing, elocution, poem recitation, drawing, singing, dance and other competitions and several events related to the student community will be held as part of Spandana. T Satyanandam, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Dr Paladugu Rambabu and Madiki Naresh Kumar, actor and director, will participate in the valedictory of the event, it added.
