In terms of looks, the S90 is elegantly designed and offers a luxurious appearance. The front profile gets a huge grille with sleek looking headlights integrating Thor hammer shaped LED DRLs. The side profile makes it look quite lengthy while the rear gets C-shaped unique tail lamp cluster.

The interiors look similar to the new XC90 SUV but offer some unique touches. It comes with a huge iPad like nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system display that offers a range of connectivity options. The Bowers & Wilkins audio system is a big USP of the car. The S90 comes loaded with active and passive safety features on offer.

Powering the Volvo S90 is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 190 BHP and 400 Nm of torque, mated to a eight-speed automatic transmission. Volvo is expected to launch petrol and bigger diesel engine options next year in India with radar based technologies.
