Dr NTR UHS selects athletics team for All India Inter University tourney

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (UHS) Sports Board has selected men’s and women’s athletics teams for All India Inter University Athletics Championship which will be held at Anna University, Chennai from January 11 to 15.

In a press release here on Monday, the Dr NTR UHS sports board secretary Dr E Trimurthy said that both the teams left the Vijayawada for the All India Inter University Athletics Championship. Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam Physical Director MSN Patrudu has been appointed as coach and GSL Medical College Physical Director DVVS Sriivasa Rao as manager for the both teams, he added.

In the men’s contingent is MS Swami Naidu, G Yashwanth, G Santhosh Kumar, E Subhash, G Naveen Reddy (Rangaraya), S Sumumar, KDN Avinash Vaibhav (ASRAM), G Vijay Kumar, G Durga Prasad (Siddhartha), M Vikas Naik (Kurnool Medical), Sachin Kumar Mishra, Amit Gupta (ARMY), T Aditya and VV Lohit (Dr Pinnamaneni) In the women’s contingent is K Lakshmi Vijetha, T Mounika (Rangaraya), G Manogna (GSL Medical), S Nagamani (NRI)
