Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society wons the “Most Innovative” pavilion at the 104th Indian Science Congress on Saturday at Tirupati. Hundreds of organisations including DRDO, CSIR and many other international exhibitors presented their scientific products. All the activities of AP Innovation Society were compiled and showcased at the pavilion provided by Pride of Indi Expo at 104th Indian Science Congress at Tirupathi.

The pavilion was awarded as the Most Innovative pavilion at the Pride of India Expo during the Valedictory Function of 104th Indian Science Congress on January 7 at SV University at Tirupathi in the hands of Shri Vidya Sagar Rao Hon’ble Governor of Tamilnadu and Mahatrastra. Union Minister of State for Science and Technology YS Chowdary and state HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao were also present.

“With a visionary concept of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to full fill his dream of One entrepreneur from each family, Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society is working towards capacity building to create an innovative eco system and Innovative Culture among the on-going and upcoming generations of the state”, said Dr Nikhil Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer, AP Innovation Society.

Innovation Society pavilion had products and services of firms those are getting incubated at XLR8, Tirupati an incubator setup by the govt. in association with FICCI and IC2, University of Texas at Austin. The first of its kind incubator has produced amazing results in the last year with 33 innovative companies successfully come out of the incubator.
