Engineers Day celebrated at GVR&S
The 50th Engineers Day was celebrated to mark Mokshagundam Visweshwaraiah’s 156 Birth anniversary on a grand scale at GVR&S College of Enginnering in Guntur on Friday.

KL University Principal Dr K Subba Rao, Pioneer Automobiles Director C Rakesh Kumar and Pregentology founder Saiteja graced the occasion as chief guests.
The members garlanded the portrait of Mokshagundam Visweswaraiah on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr K Subba Rao advised the students to improve their knowledge on modern technology to secure good jobs.
Rakesh Kumar said that the students should focus on new startups which progress the conty’s economy. Saiteja asked the students to take inspiration from Mokshagundam Visweshwaraiah and achieve great heights.
Meanwhile, College Director Dr BC Srikanth Choudary presented awards to the students who excelled in ‘The Talathon 2017’ National-level Technical Symposium on concluding day.
Administrative officer K Sairam, HODs, Professors and students participated in the programme.
