Police officials break away from their routines for sports meet

A Three day, Annual Police Sports meet began in Reserved Police Grounds in Rajamahendravaram on Friday. The teams from six zones in urban police district participated in the sports meet.

After inaugurating the sports meet, urban superintendent of police B Raja Kumari said that sports helps to come out from strain and stress to the policemen who work every day under stress.

Morover, it also helps to maintain good physique, sound health and increases competitive spirit. Sports became part and parcle of police life. Due to some circumstances the sports meet was not held for two years, she added.

Every police should participate in the meet without fail and wished them to get prizes. The government is taking care for the health of policemen in the state.
Deputy superintedents of police G Srinivas, Rama Krishna, Srinivasa Rao, Trinadh Rao, Bharat Mataji, Satyanandam, inspectors and others were present at the meet.
