Sanitation workers asked to get better rank in Swacch Sarvekshan
The Ongole Municipal Corporation organised a special programme to encourage the municipal staff and common public about the Swacch Sarvekshan 2018, at the NTR Kalakshetram, opposite the Collectorate here on Friday.

MLA Damacharla Janardhana Rao, participated in the programme as the chief guest. He inaugurated the wet waste and dry waste collecting trolleys and flagged them off. Later, he participated in the motivation meeting held by the municipal corporation. Janaradhana Rao asked the municipal sanitation employees to work tirelessly in keeping the town neat and hygienic.
He wished that the efforts of the local body staff should bring better ranking than last year in the Swacch Sarvekshan and should win awards in more categories.
Commissioner of Ongole Municipal Corporation Sankranti Venkata Krishna, Assistant Commissioner Brahmaiah, sanitation supervisors and workers along with the other municipal staff also participated in the programme.
