RTC Employees’ Union plans protests on Dec 12, 13
The APSRTC Employees Union is planning to protest in front of the offices of all depot managers on December 12 and 13, demanding actions required for welfare of organisation and rights of employees.
Ongole: The APSRTC Employees Union is planning to protest in front of the offices of all depot managers on December 12 and 13, demanding actions required for welfare of organisation and rights of employees.
Ch V Subbarao, treasurer of Prakasam region APSRTC EU said that all members of the union should participate in the protests for the fulfillment of the demands.
He demanded that the government and APSRTC management immediately amend the MTW act as per the agreement with EU, issue special CL for the protest during Samaikyandhra agitation, provide ex gratia of Rs 10 lakh also for the natural death of the employee, compulsory consider medical reports in alcohol cases, cancel unofficial ODs,
introduce new buses in the place of old buses, give jobs to the children of employees died in service and medically unfit employees, special duty charts for women conductors, clear pending SRBS/SBT loans.
