Paramedical staff wants regularisation of services

Vijayawada: Ayush NHRM Paramedical Employees Association of Andhra Pradesh president K Ravi Kumar Reddy demanded that the government regularise their services immediately and serve them justice.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he reminded that the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu assured them justice when TDP government comes to power and alleged that he neglected the issue upon taking office.
He urged Naidu to regularise their services at least now. “Most of the contract paramedical staff working in the Ayush department was above 45 years and they were not eligible for government jobs,” he stated. The president said that the association has been representing the paramedics since the past 12 years and if the government fails to pay heed to their woes, they would be left with no other choice but to commit commit suicide.
