SP slashes convention hall rent

Kakinada: District Police Superintendent Vishal Gunni, slashed the rent for the Police Convention Hall in the city.

In a press release, The East Godavari Unit of Police Officers Association informed that the SP slashed the rent for both the general public and the police personnel. While the general public can rent the place at Rs 62,500 per day as against earlier rent of Rs 75,000 a day, the cops can rent the venue for Rs 20,000 against the prior charged 30 grand.

The association members thanked the SP for the immediate decision of cutting down rent for the convention hall.

The East Godavari District Union President Brahmaji, Honorary President Balaram and union members Ranga and Prasad were among those who met the SP.
