Memory Champions call on Minister

The AP Social Welfare Residential School students stood 4th in the recently concluded World Memory Championships held in Shenzhen, China. The four students of the school met Excise Minister KS Jawahar at his camp office in Kovvur town in West Godavari district on Friday.Â
Kovvuru: The AP Social Welfare Residential School students stood 4th in the recently concluded World Memory Championships held in Shenzhen, China. The four students of the school met Excise Minister KS Jawahar at his camp office in Kovvur town in West Godavari district on Friday.
The Minister while appreciating the students said that it was a well-deserved victory as they previously secured fourth place at the national memory championships.
The students, P Madhukar (Tadepalligudem), M Sai Jyothy (Godi), S Mamata (Mummidivaram) and J Jyothi (Polasanipalli) represented the Indian team in the championships. The team coordinator, B Raja Rao also met the Minister along with the students.
