Eluru: Sir C Ramalinga Reddy Autonomous College here will hold an international conference on ‘Materials for Energy and Environmental Protection (ICMEEP)’ at the college on February 12 and 13.
The Sir CR Reddy Educational Institutions President and Secretaries Kommareddy Rambabu, NVK Durga Rao, Autonomous College Correspondent US Ram Prasad, Principal Dr NVVS Prasad released the international conference brochures in the college on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, College President and Secretary Kommareddy Rambabu and NVK Durga Rao said, “Following the global changes in the environment, various countries are facing crisis of energy resources. It is noted that global warming is on rise on the globe due to the misuse of energy resources.”
This has led to an ecological imbalance globally, and typhoons, cyclones and drought situation are prevalent. The conference would discuss new elements to protect energy resources and the shed light upon global researches.
They said that it was decided to conduct this international conference as the CR Reddy institution entered into its 73rd year.
Prof Mahendra K Sunkara, the Director of Regeneration of Power Research Centre of University of Louisville in the US, Dr Jasech Spargen, University of Ulsan (South Korea) research professor Dr Ravi K Chidrala, Research Director Dr P Ramesh Kumar, Baba Atomic Research Centre (BAARC) scientist Dr C Praveen Kumar,
Crystal Growth and NANO Science Research Centre faculty (Rajamahendravaram Government Autonomous College) Dr K Ramachandra Rao, Hyderabad JNTU professor K Venkateswara Rao are among the resource people. They said that the research papers would be submitted to the Union Human Resources Development Ministry.
