Pre-Christmas was celebrated at Oxford School in Ibrahmimpatnam on Sunday. Inspector of Schools K Yallamanda Rao cut the Christmas cake and distributed it among the students.
Vijayawada: Pre-Christmas was celebrated at Oxford School in Ibrahmimpatnam on Sunday. Inspector of Schools K Yallamanda Rao cut the Christmas cake and distributed it among the students.
Speaking on the occasion, he said Jesus Christ showed the way for affection and love and added that the latter loved His enemies. He urged the students follow His preachings. He explained significance of Christmas and conveyed Christmas greetings to the people. The school was colourfully decorated on the occasion. Later, he distributed bed sheets and rice to the poor. The school principal, K Yallamanda Rao, was also present.
