Rose exhibition concludes
National Rose show, jointly organised by Rose Society of Andhra Pradesh, Harita Priya Plant Lovers’ Society and Vijayawada Municipal Corporation from December 23 ended on Wednesday at the Swarajya Maidan.

The rose show attracted more than 1.3 lakh people during the last five days. The organisers have extended the rose show by two more days on December 26 and 27 due to the visit of Savita Kovind, wife of the President of India, Ramnath Kovind on Wednesday.
A large number of nature lovers, particularly the lovers of plants, trees and flowers visited the rose exhibition and were mesmerised to see a wide variety of plants and trees.
Representatives from more than 20 states enthusiastically participated in the five-day exhibition. Tree lovers have enquired about the plants from the organizers of more than 100 stalls installed in the expo. It was a memorable visit for many nature lovers, who were delighted to see variety of plants, flowers and trees.
