Focus on skills to get jobs, students told

Kakinada: NSS (National Service Scheme) district coordinator P V Krishna Rao, suggested that the poor and middleclass students should obtain training in different fields to get employment in addition to their regular studies.
He participated in a meeting on the NSS Special Skill Development Camp at the VSL Degree College here on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that they would conduct a week-long special skill development camp for the NSS volunteers to train them in different fields. He urged the students that they should learn the skills with dedication instead of paying a deaf ear to them. He also suggested that if the students would form a group while they were at the colleges and takes up the production of the essential things they certainly achieve the financial independence.
Later, GS Murthy spoke on how to develop a good personality and GK Mohan spoke on how to develop the leadership qualities in the skill development camp.VSL Degree College Principal Gopala Krishna, Appa Reddy, Adabala Ratna Prasad participated.
