Radha Saptami, the auspicious day in Uttarayanam was celebrated in Sri Vaishnava temples in the city. The archakas performed various vahana sevas to Lord Venkateswara Swamy and Lord Sri Ranghanadha Swamy of Sriangadhamam, located in Gowthami Ghat as part of the celebrations.

Rajamahendravaram: Radha Saptami, the auspicious day in Uttarayanam was celebrated in Sri Vaishnava temples in the city. The archakas performed various vahana sevas to Lord Venkateswara Swamy and Lord Sri Ranghanadha Swamy of Sriangadhamam, located in Gowthami Ghat as part of the celebrations.

Lord Venkateswara Swamy and Ranganadha Swamy blessed people from Garuda Vahanam, Gaja Vahanam, Aswa Vahanam and Hanmantha Vahanam from 8 am to 1 pm. The procession was led into four streets of Srirangadhamam as hundreds of people witnessed the vahana sevas. Devotees got blessings of Lord Suryanarayana Swamy in Gollalamamida village. The diety was also taken into procession in the village to mark Radhasaptami.
