Delay in solving public petitions irks Civic Chief
The Guntur Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Challa Anuradha expressed ire on the officials for delay in solving petitions received at the grievance cell in the GMC office on Monday.
Guntur: The Guntur Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Challa Anuradha expressed ire on the officials for delay in solving petitions received at the grievance cell in the GMC office on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, she instructed the officials to solve petitions relating to drinking water, encroachments and sanitation immediately. She warned that she would not tolerate delay in solving the problems and urged the people to use Pura Seva app and upload their problems for solution.
She directed the officials to send petitions received in the Mee Kosam to the concerned department for solving the problems. Anuradha also urged people to meet her in the Mee Kosam programme, conducted every Monday in the GMC to bring their issues to focus. GMC Additional Commissioner K Ramachandra Reddy and Superintendent Engineer D Mariyanna were also present.
