Commissioner of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) J Nivas ordered the VMC school teachers to take special interest to teach Class X students appearing for public examination to secure 100 percent result. The Commissioner visited APSRM Municipal High School here on Thursday.
Vijayawada: Commissioner of Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) J Nivas ordered the VMC school teachers to take special interest to teach Class X students appearing for public examination to secure 100 percent result. The Commissioner visited APSRM Municipal High School here on Thursday. He inspected the hostel facility provided for slow learners, teaching methodologies, infrastructural facilities and gave instructions to students and teachers.
During interaction with him, the students said that mathematics was a tough subject. Food, breakfast and snacks were being provided on a daily bases for them, they informed. The Commissioner said special hostel facility, teaching and all kinds of facilities would be provided to slow learners of 76 boys from APSRM School and 36 girls from BNRK High School.
He said that teachers should take special care on all the subjects and teach the students to get best results. The students should be taught about the value of education. He requested the students to make use of the opportunities and study well to get 100 percent result.
Later, the Commissioner inspected the toilets and ordered the maintenance staff to keep them clean. He also inspected the bathrooms which were under construction and suggested the officials to finish the construction work soon. Deputy educational officer K Durga Prasad, executive engineer K Koteswara Rao, Hostel in-charge and others were present.
