Guntur: Acharya Nagarjuna University vice-chancellor Prof A Rajendra Prasad said that ANU App is useful to all. He released ANU App at a programme held on the ANU premises on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that no university in Telugu states had prepared this type of App. The new App will provide information about professors, notifications, seminars, academic events, faculty, student scholars, sports, anti-ragging.

In future, the App will be developed. He urged principals and heads of departments to create awareness on the App. Soon they will render services to the affiliated colleges also. He urged the engineering students to improve their skill and bring name and fame to the university.

This App may be downloaded from the Google play store. Fourth year engineering student in the university, Sainath prepared the App under the supervision of Dr BS Naga Kishore. ANU registrar Prof K John Paul, OSD Prof Rosaiah were among those present.
