Guntur: Director General of Police Malakondaiah felicitated Circle Inspector KV Subhashini, working in the Guntur Rural police district, at DGP office in Mangalagiri on the occasion of International Women's day on Thursday.
She was working as coordinator for Sabala Programme being conducted by the Guntur Rural Police District to know problems of women and solve them. During the last two months, she solved problems relating to rural girls, minor girls, working women, ragging and eve-teasing and child marriages. She saved 68 persons. Guntur Rural SP Ch Venkata Appala Naidu appreciated her on this occasion.
